Cactus in bloom at Cactus Corner, Davis, California - Yolo County USA.

I went biking out to Cactus Corner to get some exercise, fresh air and sunshine. Although I thought the cactus bloom would be already finished I brought my camera just in case. And I was lucky to find the last few cactus flowers still blooming. The light at 11 AM was not ideal for photography, so maybe I'll go back there tomorrow at an earlier hour to get more photos.

On the way home I biked down the Avenue of Trees on Russell Blvd. I stopped at Trader Joe's to get a watermelon to help me survive the 100 degree weather we are having.
