Messing About in Boats !!

I can come up with a long list of good reasons, or just express the emotions. I've done lots of things and had lots of hobbies through the years. Nevertheless, when I have a day to spend I can't think of anything I rather do than go whitewater kayaking on the river with a great group of friends.
