We need to stay well fueled and well hydrated during our activities. The food and drink that we consume during during recreation or work activities may be designed specifically for athletes (e.g. sports drinks) or chosen for convenience in packaging or transport (e.g. dried banana chips are more convenient than fresh bananas).
